At Ainara Glow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (like skincare or makeup that have been opened or used) cannot be returned.
2. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support at support@ainaraglow.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the address to send your package.

Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where Ainara Glow shipped the wrong or defective item.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Provide photos of the damage or defect.

We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
